Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased or a document has been processed. However, we may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to system errors
  • Unauthorized purchases
  • Significant service outages preventing usage for extended periods
  • Processing errors that we cannot resolve within 48 hours
